Event Details
We will be celebrating the Biofreeze San Francisco Marathon race weekend with Alexi leading a shakeout run starting at 6:00 pm at the Equator Coffees near the Fort Mason Center. After the run, join us in the Firehouse adjacent to the main Expo building where we will hold a special Q&A with Alexi as she offers her unique perspective on running, setting goals, training tips, and what it means to be a #bravey.

About Alexi Pappas
Alexi Pappas is a 2016 Olympian and an award-winning writer and filmmaker. Alexi is one of the most fascinating athletes of her generation, known for blending film, poetry, and writing into a stunningly wide-ranging career. A Greek-American, Alexi is the Greek national record-holder in the 10,000 meters with a personal best of 31:36 set at the Rio Olympics. In 2016 Alexi co-wrote, co-directed, and starred in the feature film TRACKTOWN with a cast including Rachel Dratch (“Saturday Night Live”) and Andy Buckley (“The Office”). She was featured on the cover of Runner’s World Magazine’s 50th-anniversary issue alongside Kevin Hart, named as one of the two faces of the “new boom” in running.
