Description

The Hayes Valley Inn is an inexpensive and friendly B&B nestled in the heart of San Francisco’s charming Hayes Valley. We pride ourselves in our cozy bed and breakfast feel. We are popular with visitors from all over the world. We fit the bill for any traveler looking for comfortable, inexpensive lodging in the most beautiful city on earth. Morning foghorns and seagulls weave the magic of the city as you walk to the nearby Civic Center Plaza, which contains our Opera House, Symphony and Ballet, City Hall, Asian Art Museum and the architecturally acclaimed San Francisco Public Library. We are close to all public transportation, making it an easy reach to Chinatown, AT&T Park for sports events and Golden Gate Park with its tranquil Japanese Tea Garden. The vibrant Mission and Castro neighborhoods are a short bus ride down Market Street. Japan Town is a short walk up the hill. The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art is readily accessible. Moscone Convention Center is an easy BART subway, trolley or bus ride down Market Street. Summers can unfurl our coolest weather, so be prepared for a comfortable 50-65f degree in July and August, with cool breezes and bright sun! Our warmest months are September and October when we can have days in the 80'S!
