Do the holidays fill you with anxiety and dread? Do family gatherings and office parties make you want to hide under the covers until January? Is everyone around you filled with holiday cheer, while you are filled with nothing but stress and eggnog?
Whether family drama, end-of-year deadlines, or holiday party social anxiety has you stressed, we've got you covered.
Join Stella Nova for a 4-week workshop series, "Stress Less for the Holidays" where Dr. Alexis Lopez will be your guide to keeping stress and anxiety at bay this holiday season.
We'll be sharing practical tools for:
- Managing worry & anxiety
- Staying calm & grounded in difficult situations
- Setting healthy boundaries with family (or anyone!)
- Shifting from self-criticism to self-kindness when stress levels rise
- Creating your holiday season survival plan
And more!
The Stress Less series will run Wednesdays, November 13 & 20, and December 6 & 13 from 6-7:30 pm.
This intimate, interactive workshop is limited to just 7 participants. $275 covers all four sessions + materials. Open to women and non-binary adults of all ages and backgrounds, who observe any holidays or no holidays at all. Participants must be able to attend at least 3 out of the 4 sessions. Payment plans are available - please inquire for more information.
