A Mano (meaning "by hand" in Italian) refers to the way our kitchen and bar approach each and every dish and cocktail that we make.
The star of the menu is house-made pasta (we make our pasta by hand every day). Filling up on our pasta is light on the wallet.
Antipasti, fresh salads, two pizzas (a margherita and a seasonally changing pizza), along with one daily dinner special round out a menu of well-executed Italian eats.
Our beverage program is rooted in tradition and specializes in the Italian classics, such as Amari and various Italian liqueur. Our full bar carries cocktails, wine and beer, all heavily influenced by Italy. Our craft cocktail bar focuses on the fresh, the bright flavors and the easy-to-drink. The menu is split between Italian classics, such as the Negroni, Godfather, and Americano, and refreshing variations of classics with a California twist. An all-Italian wine list of select bottles--alongside Italian beer and craft California beer--are also on offer.
