Glow yoga with SoundBath class is pure joy for all: designed to stretch, lengthen, open, reset our posture, declutter our head, and balance our energy. This is a mindful yoga class, slow and gentle flow. of stretching with a 15-minute Restorative Savasana accompanied by a SoundBath.
After the class, you will feel more like yourself - grounded and calm. Taking it regularly helps restore our freedom of movement, support our immune and nervous systems, and increase our mental-emotional capacity. Class is ideal for all ages.
