V.E.T.S.@SFSU cordially invites you and your guests to our 7th Annual Graduation Celebrationand Banquet.
Event Details
The event will be held on Friday, May 25th at SF State University in Jack Adams Hall. This night is dedicated to all class of 2018 SFSU veterans, dependents, and supporters as we are honoring their commitment and success towards their higher education. The event will consist of guest speakers, recognition awards, an intimate graduation ceremony, and a buffet style dinner to end the night with a sense of fulfillment. We hope to see you there!

Date: Friday, May 25
Time:
Doors: 1700
Ceremony and Banquet: 1730-2000--Please arrive early as the program will commence at 1730. Graduates, please plan on arriving by 1630 at the latest.
Location: San Francisco State University - We will be in Jack Adams Hall which is on the top floor (terrace level) of the Cesar Chavez Student Center. SFSU has been good to us this year and this space will look fantastic for your graduation.
Attire:
Graduates - Formal (Suit/tie or equivalent);
Guests - Semi-Formal
Menu: This year’s meal will be served buffet style (plated and without wait staff).
Tri-Tip;
Assorted Vegetables;
Potatoes; and
Salad.
Beverages: Assorted, non-alcoholic beverages will be provided with a cake to follow dinner.
Speakers:
US Army Colonel Phillip Deppert, Commandant of Defense Language Institute - Monterey has agreed to provide our keynote address.
President Wong of SFSU will also be providing an address.
Experientia Docet: This is a unique award provided to V.E.T.S. GRADS that participate in graduation. You MUST be present to receive it and this year we have enhanced this ceremony and are certain that it will be memorable for all who attend.
Who can come: You!!! Yes, you; the person reading this. Everyone that has purchased a ticket is welcome to attend. Just like all of our events, we want you there. V.E.T.S. is nothing without your continuing support and participation.
