Description
Beers for the Bayview is our regular neighborhood clean-up party, in coordination with San Francisco Public Works and Recology.
Event Details
Volunteers give us two-hours of help cleaning up the litter, abandoned camps and illegal dumping that plague the Bayview. Then we return to Seven Stills Brewery for a thank-you party with FREE BEER and lunch.
For this event Seven Stills is thrilled to join our co-sponsors (and neighbors!) Imperfect Produce. Imperfect Produce delivers healthy, delicious fruits and veggies to your door for 30-50% less than you'd find at grocery stores, and helps prevent food waste by saving quality food from being thrown away for no other reason than an asparagus might be crooked or a mushroom might have two heads.
So in addition to after-partying with our delicious beers, you'll also be fed an excellent lunch made from fresh, beautifully ugly ingredients.
We'll follow the usual plan:
10am -- Meet at our warehouse at 1408 Yosemite to gather supplies
10-Noon -- Take to the streets and pick up litter, particularly near the state park entrance on Van Dyke.
Noon -- Return to the Brewery at 1439 Egbert street for the thank you party.
This is a FREE event, but please RSVP so we know how much of everything we need!
